Synopsis

The Legion of Super-Heroes crosses paths against someone named the Restorer, a man hellbent on destroying technology so the world could be restored to its golden days. The Restorer has the unique ability to absorb energy, including the anti-energy that Wildfire releases, and was able to escape them. However, Brainiac 5 was able to ascertain where the Restorer would attack next in his hopes to 'restore' Earth and the Legion wait for him. Dawnstar is able to take his power source from his armor and the Restorer is defeated. When Tellus tries to telepathically gain answers from Restorer's mind, the Restorer mentally shuts down his mind, becoming a vegetable. Unknown to the Legionnaires, Restorer was being controlled by Universo, who is currently disguising himself as the current President of Earth's advisor.
